Rochelle’s background in psychology and social work, coupled with her extensive experience in real estate investing, uniquely positions her to empathize with investors and find tailored solutions. Her genuine compassion and exceptional people skills enable her to facilitate seamless transactions and foster positive outcomes for all parties involved.
In addition to her professional achievements, Rochelle holds a bachelor’s degree from Palm Beach Atlantic University and a Master’s from Liberty University. She takes immense pride in raising three adult children who embody integrity and generosity, a testament to her dedication to family values. With nearly three decades of marriage under her belt, Rochelle attributes her success to servant-hearted leadership, effective negotiation, and the power of partnership.
As a born-again Christian, Rochelle relies on her faith in Jesus Christ for provision and guidance in navigating the complexities of real estate investing. Her life is guided by two fundamental principles: The Golden Rule—treat others as you want to be treated—and the belief that communication solves all problems.

Meet Leslie, our dedicated Transaction Coordinator at Solution Home Buyers. With an impressive eight years in the real estate industry, Leslie brings a wealth of experience and expertise to her role. Having previously worked as a Paralegal for a Real Estate Attorney for seven years, Leslie processed an average of 30+ real estate closings each month, mastering every aspect of the closing process from probate to final documents.
Leslie’s commitment to excellence is underscored by her professional achievements. She was licensed by the NC Real Estate Commission from 2020-2023 and has been a North Carolina Certified Paralegal with the NC State Bar since 2019. Holding an Associates Degree in Paralegal Technologies with a Certificate in Real Estate, Leslie’s dedication to her craft is unwavering. Her motto is simple: if she doesn’t know the answer, she’ll find it.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Leslie is a person of faith and family. Striving to put God at the center of her life, she seeks to grow closer to Him daily and shares His love with others. Known as the ‘Jackson’ of all trades, Leslie enjoys a variety of crafting hobbies, from painting to quilting. She also cherishes making memories with her family through traveling across the U.S., creating moments that last a lifetime.

Julie’s key strengths lie in her exceptional communication skills and her ability to multitask effectively. She takes pride in connecting with people and assisting them in achieving their goals, making her an invaluable asset to our team.
In her free time, Julie cherishes moments with her family, which includes her four children, ages 17 to 24. Being a grandmother to two adorable grandchildren has further enriched her life, as they hold a special place in her heart.

Outside of work, Luke is an avid outdoorsman who has spent much of his life hiking and fishing in the scenic mountains of North Carolina. Originally from Florida, Luke moved to North Carolina and has fallen in love with the state’s beauty and charm.
